About Chelsea
I study how retail businesses actually run, and where they quietly lose money. Most of my work starts with the people inside the system: sellers pricing a jacket they can’t value, teams squeezed by a hardware margin that keeps shrinking, workers measured down to the second.
I’m a strategist, not a UI designer. I use research, mapping, and prototypes to make a problem visible, then recommend what to do about it. I care about the unglamorous parts of retail, like pricing, intake, cost structure, and labor, because that’s where businesses win or lose.
I’m earning my BBA in Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design at The New School (class of 2027). I’m looking for entry-level strategy and operations roles at retail and resale companies, and I’d love to chat!
